Updated VoicedIQ® Platform Features

VoicedIQ Expanding Contract Details

New View on Recently Updated Opportunities

To the right of each Contract Detail within a VoicedIQ opportunity page, there is a clickable comment box that contains additional customer feedback on the contract details for a particular effort. We verify the contract details with key government decision makers through our live conversations, bolding all the quoted bid intelligence. If the message box is green, this means the details have been verbally verified and/or updated within the past 14 days. The majority of all opportunities within our platform are updated within the last 30 days, signified by a blue message box. Our VoicedIQ contract details are customer sourced, which provides a level of granularity not found on any other platforms.

Custom Submission Process

Improved Custom Submission Process

Many people use our VoicedIQ platform for private custom requests or specific questions they have for their own pursuits for the AlphaBrook team to gather tailored research beyond what is already within the platform. We recently revamped the custom submission process and added a template feature to save time for recurring questions. To streamline the submission process for a Custom research request, there is now a separate row for each question. You can enter each of your question items individually into their own row to manage the scope of your Custom research request. You can also create Custom research templates or utilize the existing “Classic Opportunity Template” which contains the most popular questions we receive from our clients on Custom requests. This feature update is designed to enhance the customer experience and add efficiency to the submission process for Custom research requests.

Rapid Filtering Government Buyers Database

NEW RAPID FILTERING GOVERNMENT BUYERS DATABASE

VoicedIQ platform now contains a rapid filtering government buyer database. The buyers tab contains contact information for over 50,000 government evaluation panel members, which you can easily and efficiently search through depending on who you want to find. We provide the buyers’ job position, email, work phone number, and often their mobile number, allowing direct access to communicate with the decision-makers behind your top pursuits.

To the right of the majority of the buyers there is a clickable icon that links to the opportunities where the end-user is participating on the evaluation panel. This feature allows you to trace evaluation panel members to specific opportunities within the VoicedIQ platform. You can click on the linked opportunity title and it will direct you straight to the opportunity page to review the quoted feedback the buyer communicated to AlphaBrook. You will notice this buyer’s contact information listed within the Evaluation Panel Members section of the opportunity page.
